Thank you for considering having me guide you through an upcoming Soma+IQ Breathwork Journey! I would love to guide you through a transformative experience where you will have the opportunity to alchemize the things that are holding you back – heaviness, blockages, restrictions, physical pains – you name it! If you decide to move forward, you will be guided to listen to the innate wisdom of your body so you can fully express, release and create space for the direction, goals, and purpose you want to embody in your life.
You can do a live, 1-1 75-90 minute-long Journey that is very therapeutic + at times can be a mystical experience that will help you heal what no longer serves.
I also offer a 30-45 minute-long 1-1 Reset that is a quick nervous system tune-up for those with busy schedules or first-time participants.
Finally, I’ve started beginning to create a series of on-demand Journeys to help heal different circumstances many of us go through in our daily lives in order to become more of our best selves over time.
